If you registered your code at, you will have the chance to get your lost items back in the shortest possible time - often right there at the place where it was found.

How much does a code cost?

A registration code costs € 6,- including a badge* and a 24-month license, including postal delivery within Germany (foreign deliveries at an additional charge).

Extending the term of a license costs € 6,- per year.

You will receive a reminder by email before it expires. The code itself remains valid for life.

(Price status: January 1st, 2024; All prices include German VAT.

Orders must be paid before shipping; For that an invoice will be sent by email.)

How do I register?

In order to assign the code to you, you must first register the code after receiving it. This can be done simply by email to All we need is the code (number) you want to register, your contact details, where we can reach you most quickly in the event of a discovery, and your email address.

If you want to protect several items from loss?

Once you have a code, it can be used individually multiple times. So you don't necessarily need additional codes for additional items. All you have to do is link your items to the code and to

There are always different badges to choose from. We will advise you individually upon request.

Is there a finder’s fee?
The loser and the finder will settle any possible finder's fee among themselves. If necessary, legal requirements must be adhered to. only acts as an intermediary.
